One of the Seven Natural

Wonders of the World. There is no other struc-

ture like it. The Lee Highway, U.S. No. 11 passes

over Natural Bridge. It is higher by 55 feet than

Niagara Falls. The height of the bridge from the

stream below to the upper surface is 215 feet.

It has a span of 90 feet between the walls,

width averages 100 feet and the arch is 40 feet

thick.

I am going to increase the State Police and their salaries. We are going to get rid of Drugs and Reduce the Crime in Louisiana. We are going to Pass Laws and put Pushers, Dealers and Users away to do time, no Dollar Fines. The State Guard is going to open a camp with tents, No Fancy Prisons, with Air Conditioners, Baths, T.V.'S Etc. Just like I lived in when I was in the Military. The State Police and Guard will be Polite and Armed to the Teeth. I will not Tolerate Police Brutality or Any Kind of Race Discrimination.

I will Tolerate any kind of Race Discrimination.

The State Police will be on Duty 24 Hours A Day. On our Borders on All Interstates & Major Highways, They will Inspect all Vehicles Coming and Going for Drugs and the Insurance Laws will be Enforced.

I will ask the Sheriffs Dept in the smaller Cities, that are near the Borders, to do the same.

We are going to get them off the Street, Also Rapists, Murderers and Thieves.

I am going to Increase the Penalties for D.W.I (Driving While Intoxicated)

The First Offense is a $500 Fine, $1,000 For Minor Injuries and their License will be Suspended.

The Second Offense the Fines will Double.

The Third Offense Triple

The 4th Offense We Will Throw Away The Key.

If they can't pay the Fine, they will do Time.

There will be increases in the Pay for Public School Teachers.

This money will come from Gambling in the State. No Ifs, Ands or Buts-

I am going to Roll back the Price of Local Phone Calls, from pay Booths, to a Nickel - Yes, 5 Cents. ToDay one can call anyplace in the United States for 5 Cents - One Can call Canada for 9 Cents - Call Paris, France for 31 Cents - London, England for 12 Cents. I will also reduce the Cost to have a Phone in your Home.
